MINERAL WATER TREATMENT

9 days of treatment using thermal water from Brides-les-Bains with depurative and appetite suppressant properties

14 INDIVIDUAL SPA TREATMENTS

3 affusion massages with a wellness masseur
2 aerojet whirlpool baths
3 massage jet baths
6 jet showers

BODY TREATMENTS

2 Slimming massages of 30 minutes with draining, anti-cellulitic and relaxing actions with a wellness masseur
1 Sothys moisturizing massage scrub of 50 minutes
1 Micro Skin Expert facial treatment (1h20): dermabrasion treatment accelerating cell renewal, energizing the skin and reducing fine lines and wrinkles.
2 Photobiomodulation sessions of 30 minutes: treatment stimulating the production of collagen and elastin to reduce the effects of time on the skin.
3 Silhouette Watermass treatments of 20 minutes: anti-cellulite massages using a water knob producing a palpating-rolling effect through suction.

9 days of supervised physical activities in the Physical Activities Area: 13 group lesson themes and 1 cardiotraining area
